In the "eighties" we were removing oil furnaces and replacing them with The best in Natural Gas equipment.
The "nineties" had us removing wood stoves and fireplaces, replacing them with the best in natural gas stoves and fireplaces.
New ventilation codes were introduced to make sure that fresh air was introduced for safety and comfort.
Y2K ( along with higher energy costs) brought more interest in Heat Pumps, Geothermal systems, and high efficient boilers ,furnaces and hot water heating systems.
Now as I am getting a "little older" my thoughts are turning to all sorts of things that make us comfortable.
